At Xaman Ek, you will find your accommodations are comfortable and inviting with a homey feel. Xaman Ek has 3 Two Bedroom Beachfront Suites and 2 Romantic Thatch Roofed Beachfront Cabanas. Our total of 5 rooms is set on 2 acres with 200' of beautiful beach and is managed by the owner. The Owner’s Residence is incorporated into the Retreat. Pride of ownership is apparent through out this lush North Ambergris Caye Retreat. The owner lives on site year around and considers the entire Retreat home and strives to make you happy and comfortable as personal guests.

Our open-air lobby is always shady and enjoys soothing tropical breezes every afternoon. It is a very relaxing place to read or enjoy a cool drink and pleasant conversation in the traditions of old Belize and island living. The cabanas have private beachfront verandas and are surrounded by flowering plants. The suites all open onto a 12' wide veranda that is equipped with fully operational hammocks and is decorated with flowering tropical plants.


Please feel free to wander the grounds and take pictures. We have a wide variety of exotic flowering plants as well as medicinal plants, herbs and trees. At Xaman Ek you know you are in a tropical paradise. Tropical birds including Osprey, Rosetta Spoonbill and flocks of parrots are frequently sighted with a large variety of birds of all sizes everywhere. Wireless internet is available free of charge to our guests.

Xaman Ek Resort & Spa

Our beach front restaurant is open from 7:30 until 9:00 serving lunch and breakfast all day and dinner after 6:00. For your convenience a full breakfast is include with your accommodations. Additionally, we offer our guests a complete meal package with lunch and dinner for $50 daily per person.

We offer bar service in the lobby and around the pool for your convenience.

Our aesthetic menu features incredibly delicious views, scrumptious serenity and mouthwatering privacy that is hard to equal anywhere. Come experience our hospitality and enjoy some truly luscious breathing space.

Nightlife in San Pedro is non-stop and is only a water taxi ride away. All of our Guests are met at the airport in San Pedro by our driver and taken to the boat for the 5 ˝ mile trip to the retreat. The seas are almost always very, very calm, much more like a lake than an ocean because of the close proximity to the Belize Barrier Reef.

For your convenience we offer our guests a transportation package that includes round trip air fare (domestic) and unlimited use of Island Ferry for trips to and from San Pedro Town. Please ask when you contact us.

We also supply purified drinking water for our Guests at no additional charge.

We have next-day laundry service available for our Guests.

Guys, bring your fly rod, Permit and Bonefish and Jack abound in the shallow waters off our beach and pier. We have some light tackle to loan (no fly rods) or you can buy any gear you need in San Pedro Town.

All tours can be arranged through the front desk and depart from and return to our dock.

Penthouse

Our 3 bedroom 2 bath Penthouse occupies the entire second floor of Xaman Ek. The penthouse is surrounded by huge decks and enjoys spectacular views with a 270 degree panorama of the reef and lagoons. This is a very unique penthouse that previously was occupied by the owner. It is complete with a full kitchen.

Beachfront Suites

We have, for your vacation pleasure, 3 huge (1400 s.f.) two-bedroom, beachfront, beachfront suites complete with fully equipped kitchens, and colorful, comfy furnishings. The bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans. Ceiling fans and large windows with curtains highlight the ample living dining area. These suites open directly onto the beach and have incredible views.

Hair dryers, alarm clocks and irons available on request.


One of the three suites has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with queen beds in each bedroom as well as a futon in the living area. This suite has plenty of room to allow complete privacy for two couples.

The other two suites have two bedrooms and 1 bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and one bedroom has 2 singles as well as 2 daybeds (singles) in the living area and a futon. This is a favorite for families.

This is the perfect romantic hideaway with tons of privacy and comfort.

Complete Meal Plan including lunch and dinner is available for $50 per guest daily. (Does not include drinks).

Please note that all prices include pick up and drop off at the San Pedro Airport and a full breakfast daily but do not include gratuities.

Payment Policy:

• Upon confirmation of your reservation, a 50% deposit will be charged.
• The remaining balance will be charged on arrival.

Cancellation policy:

• If you cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a charge of one night per room.
• If you cancel 45 - 60 days prior - 50% is non-refundable.
• If you cancel less than 45 days prior - no refund.
