Xaman Ek offers romantic tropical weddings on the beach. Our location is extremely private and immaculately maintained. Each of our weddings is a personal event and we customize for your individual needs. We can supply a simple legal ceremony with no pomp and circumstance or we can produce an elaborate wedding with complete reception our limit is around 25 persons.

We will strive to make your wedding what you want it to be. Our Retreat is lush with flowering gardens and is a very romantic and peaceful place, but is still close enough to town to be practical.

We can supply any menu and have access to incredible tropical bouquets of exotic native flowers.

As your wedding is very personal we pledge to work with you to make a wonderful wedding.

We were married on the beach on Ambergris Caye under a full moon 14 years ago and highly recommend it.

Honeymoons

Xaman Ek Retreat & Spa is an idyllic spot for a tropical honeymoon. Our Romantic Beachfront Cabanas are extremely private and clean. There are only 2 cabanas and they are on the beach and next to the swimming pool and are favorites of honeymooners. The cabanas have incredible views and a private veranda. The cabanas have hardwood floors, with tiled floors in the bathroom and glass block, fully tiled showers. The cabanas are air conditioned and have ample hot water and a ceiling fan. The cabana is equipped with a small refrig, coffee maker, toaster and microwave as well as basic eating utensils. There will also be coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, purified water. The bathroom will have shampoo and conditioner.

We also have a beachfront Deli/Bar serving tropical drinks and light meals (day only) with a strong bias toward healthy foods. We offer service around the pool as well as in the open air lobby area. We also have a large rec room with satellite TV, a pool table, darts, games and books.

There is wireless internet available free of charge in the cabanas. We offer Yoga classes 3 times a week.

There are also several good restaurants within easy walking distance along the beach both north & south.

We arrange all types of tours and activities including dive instruction, snorkeling, fishing and various adventure tours.

Our on site spa is excellent and also right on the beach.

Our guests enjoy the free use of snorkel gear and kayaks during their visit. Our flowering gardens boast a large variety of tropical plants as well as a large number of medicinal plants and trees. Located about 5 miles south of a World Heritage Site (designated by UN), we are in the middle of an ecological gold mine. Located 5.5 miles north of bustling San Pedro Town, primary transportation is by water taxi that runs every 2 hours both ways.

A honeymoon at Xaman Ek gives the privacy & seclusion of a romantic tropical beach with complete access to San Pedro and its famous night life.
